Aadhaar verification is carried out only through Government-authorized agencies. Rupya does not store biometric information and processes Aadhaar data strictly as per UIDAI guidelines.

Credit reports are accessed only with user consent and are used for loan or BNPL eligibility, risk assessment, and compliance purposes.

Rupya may analyze bill payment history for credit assessment, fraud prevention, service improvement, and dispute resolution.

All user data is processed in encrypted formats and stored on secure servers. Data is shared strictly with authorized partners only.
